While the SP2610 and Navigator II have identical plugs, we believe (from postings on European forums) that the BMW cradle/button pad will not work with the SP2610

The Navigator II in/out buttons are useful and easier to use than the SP2610 touch screen. The touch screen is okay for motorcycle use altho winter gloves may be a little imprecise. Adding the car beanbag base and power/speaker cable to the Navigator II will add AU$155 (plus AU$100 if you want the remote).
You may wish to consider buying the Garmin SP2610 package and adding the Garmin motorcycle power/speaker socket cable with bare ends (AU$65) and a RAM mount (AU$80).
